Premiere for Helmut Dusch as a sports badge officer for the district of Ebersberg
Vaterstetten – The sports badge holders of the district met in the lecture room of the "Landlust" in Vaterstetten for the annual workshop.
The invitation was made by Helmut Dusch from TSV Vaterstetten, who in October 2021 took over the vacant position from Eberhard Littwin, who died in January 2020.
At this meeting, the participants should be prepared for the new sports badge season and informed about changes and innovations.
Successors for sports badges are already available
After a brief welcome and a few greetings from Martin Fischer, Head of Athletics at TSV Vaterstetten, as well as a minute's silence for Eberhard Littwin, Dusch started with a wealth of topics.
He urged once again to find a volunteer who should acquire the additional qualification "examiner for people with disabilities".
With Manfred Stiening, who and his wife Hedwig have been campaigning for the topic of sports badges in the TSVV for many years, there is currently only one examiner in the entire district with such a qualification.
To everyone's regret, the Stienings want to slowly but somewhat withdraw.
With the married couple Silke and Jan Domke, successors for the topic “sports badge” are already in the starting blocks in their own club.
Since there are hardly any changes to the rules for the German Sports Badge this year, there was plenty of room at the workshop for discussions and an exchange of experiences between the buyers, who also came from Anzing, Ebersberg, Glonn and Poing.
Everyone expressed their hope that this year there would be more participation than (due to corona) in the last two years.
