According to sources involved in the case, after the filing of the civil lawsuit, Golan's lawyers proposed the mediation procedure.

The complainants who sued him agreed to the procedure, and according to the sources, Golan even undertook to finance it.

According to them, while the complainants came to a meeting with the mediator, Golan and his lawyers did not come to her, nor to other dates proposed by the mediator, and in fact did not coordinate a new date for mediation.

Subsequently, the complainants filed a motion for judgment in the absence of defense.

A court ordered Golan to file a letter of defense by September 20.

The complainants who filed the lawsuit and their lawyer, Rotem Aloni-Davidov, responded: "We hoped that Eyal would take responsibility for his actions and attend the mediation hearing. Unfortunately, we found that he continues to harm the plaintiffs, does not take responsibility and does not allow the plaintiffs to put this affair behind them."

Maliam Productions responded: "We recommend to all the kind-hearted to refrain from making false allegations and manipulations. The truth is one - we will adhere to it in court. To the whole house of Israel. "

In January this year, a financial lawsuit was filed in the Tel Aviv District Court against Eyal Golan, against his father Daniel Bitton, against Tzachi Assulin, against two other people whose names were later deleted from the lawsuit, and against the Israel Police.

It was filed by three young women, who alleged a series of sexual offenses allegedly committed in them.

According to two of the complainants at the time of the acts, they were minors, fans of Eyal Golan, who only wanted to be photographed with the singer, and allegedly went through a mask of abuse and exploitation.

In the lawsuit, the complainants claimed that they were "transferred from hand to hand, as if they were nothing more than a nameless and emotionless object, all while disgracefully exploiting their economic, mental and social situation, knowing that their admiration for the Golan would prevent their ability to resist their continued exploitation."

The police were charged with a series of investigative omissions and negligent conduct in the investigation of the offenses and evidence before them.

The indictment alleges that police investigators gave preferential treatment to the defendants, while the complainants allegedly suffered disparaging and degrading treatment.

The lawsuit further alleges that Golan used his power and status to get young women to have sexual contact with him and his friends, even against their will.

Golan, according to the indictment, knew that the young women would thank him for the very right to be with him and knew that he could use this gratitude to get them to satisfy the desires and sexual desires of his friends.

The three plaintiffs, represented by attorney Rotem Aloni Davidov, served as key witnesses in the indictment filed against Golan's father, Danny Bitton, who was convicted of a series of sexual offenses including bringing a person into prostitution and consuming prostitution services.
