According to the "Land Justice League" page, the farmer Yu Jiao Keng returned to the scene in the morning to inspect the damage and found that the water pipe was broken and the crops were almost completely destroyed. He also said that the uncounted young crops could not regenerate.

They have reported the incident to the police and claimed that the authorities had not notified the farmers when they counted the young crops, and the farmers have not yet agreed to the road works in the agricultural park.

The farmer was notified by the Lands Administration Office at 4 pm on Friday (9th) that the staff of the Civil Engineering and Development Office "worked" on their farmland.

When the farmer rushed to the farmland, he found that the farmland had been enclosed by the plastic board of the Civil Engineering Development Office, and the crops on the farmland had been shoveled away, and the personal belongings on the farmland could not be retrieved.

The contractor stated that the staff of the Lands Administration, Fisheries and Conservation Department and other departments had counted the crops in the morning, and then notified the contractor to start work.

The Lands Office must send a letter to notify the completion of the assessment work

According to the information on the government website, the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department’s assessment of crops will be completed within six weeks. The report will be handed over to the Lands Administration Office for processing, and a letter will be sent to inform the growers that the assessment has been completed. The Lands Administration Office will follow the assessment report. Calculate and issue ex-gratia allowances.
