A police officer held a gun in Sheung Shui. At 12:12 noon today (3rd), a plainclothes police officer held a gun and confronted a fat man in a park outside of Longfeng Garden on Longchen Road, Sheung Shui.
The police officer intercepted the fat man during the patrol earlier, but the other party did not cooperate, punched the police officer and took out the metal object, and the police officer rushed to warn him.
The fat man was later subdued and sat aside under investigation before being put on his hands and strapped into the police car.
It is understood that the fat man pushed away the plainclothes police officer and punched him, then took out a large nail file from his trouser pocket and waved it, and confronted the police officer for a short time.
The police said that when police officers patrolled the site on the site, they found that the 39-year-old man named Li was acting suspiciously, so he approached the site for investigation.
During the period, he was uncooperative and attacked the police officer with his hand, after which he took out a metal object and waved it.
The attacked police officer issued a verbal warning to the opponent but failed, so he drew his gun on guard, and the suspect was subsequently subdued.
After preliminary investigation by the officers, the case was classified as an assault on the police and possession of offensive weapons, and was handed over to the Criminal Investigation Team of the Tai Po Police District for follow-up.
The officer suffered neck and shoulder injuries and was consciously sent to the North District Hospital for treatment.
