Vaccine advisers from the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) rejected the request of the pharmaceutical company Pfizer to add a booster dose to the vaccination plan in that country.
The committee said that it did not consider that this dose helped in the control of the pandemic, and reserved the right to modify the question that was voted on.
