After years of tough negotiations, the municipality of Pullach is now close to the finish line when it comes to the building management process for the United Initiators site.

Pullach – In the last municipal council, the second mayor, Andreas Most (Pullach Plus), who represented the head of the town hall, Susanna Millennium (Greens), announced that if nothing else comes up, both development plans could be ready for statutes at the end of July.

At the same time, in the last meeting before the summer break, the municipal council is also supposed to vote on the urban development contract, which was discussed in two long private meetings this week.

If nothing else comes up: Of course, this means the new, second citizens' petition against the expansion and conversion plans, for which the citizens' initiative "Protection of the Isar Valley" is eagerly collecting signatures.

Apparently, around three quarters of the around 700 signatories needed have been found so far;

this time the question is:

Pullach: it will be a race against time

"Are you in favor of the municipality of Pullach supporting the ongoing land use planning for the re-establishment of development plan No. 23b 'Industrial area Dr.-Gustav-Adolph-Strasse' and the first partial change to the land use plan with an integrated landscape plan 'Industrial area Dr.-Gustav-Adolph-Strasse' in parallel proceedings?"

The whole thing looks like it's going to be quite a race against time: Not only must the town hall have the necessary signatures by July 26, but the town hall must also have had time to check the correctness of the names by then .

Of course, it has not yet been said that the municipal council will declare the request admissible.

Pullach: Production quantities are not part of the paper

Andreas Most said after the meeting on Tuesday that the question was okay this time, but: "The reasoning contains a number of allegations that, in my opinion, are factually incorrect." The administration is currently having the individual points examined legally.

Meanwhile, it is clear that the urban development contract will consist of two parts, the actual contract and a basic agreement that formulates everything that cannot be regulated in the contract itself.

In any case, the quantities of inorganic peroxides that may be stored on United's premises are restricted.

Permissible production levels are not part of the paper.

The 28-page contract was not discussed publicly;

Most only presented the topics that appear in it.

Pullach: Who bears the costs?

For example, the paper stipulates how high building may be built on the site (20 meters), it stipulates that all roofs where this is possible must be equipped with solar panels.

At the same time, specifications are made for nature, species and environmental protection, the works fire brigade is part of the contract, as well as measures for traffic and energy generation.
