The General Association of Speech Therapists of Hong Kong was accused of publishing 3 children's picture books involving incitement. The president, vice-chairmen, and directors of the General Association were all charged with conspiracy to publish seditious publications. The case was brought to court today (24th).

The case will be referred to the District Court for processing and will be heard again on October 12. The five people have not applied for bail and need to continue to be remanded.


Five defendants: Li Wenling (26 years old, chairman), Yang Yiyi (27 years old, vice chairman) in the case, Wu Qiaoyi (28 years old, director), Chen Yuansen (25 years old, director) and Fang Zihao (26 years old, director).

The defendants were all accused of conspiring to print, publish, distribute, display and or copy event publications in Hong Kong from June 4, 2020 to July 22, 2021, with Huang Kaiqing and others, including 3 names Books for "Guardians of Yangcun", "Twelve Warriors of Yangcun" and "Sweeper of Yangcun", intended to arouse hatred or contempt of the SAR government or arouse rebellion; arouse hatred, contempt or arouse opposition to the Hong Kong judicial system It rebels; incites others to use violence; and induces others to disobey the law or disobey legal orders.

In addition, Zou Xingtong, the vice chairman of the Stake, was charged with violating the "National Security Law" for bail review today. At the same time, she also applied for an exemption from reporting on bail, but both applications were rejected and she needs to continue to be remanded.
