Northern Italy has hit the extreme weather again.
Floods and landslides are once again endangering Como and Lake Garda.
But South Tyrol is also affected.
Garda - The north of Italy has already had to deal with extreme weather in the past few weeks.
Storms raged on Lake Garda, and on Lake Como there were floods and sloping slopes.
Now the north of Italy is plagued again by floods and landslides.

The second highest of four warning levels: On Thursday (August 5th) the fire brigade in northern Italy was on duty with around 1,000 men and women.
Floods occurred in Brixen, South Tyrol.
The civil defense also issued a warning in Klausen, just under 14 kilometers away.
The Eisack river had overflowed its banks.
Residents should drive their cars out of the underground garages and make preparations, according to the fire department.

South Tyrol is also currently struggling with water masses and floods.

Not only South Tyrol was affected, Lake Como, which was recently badly affected by storms, also burst its banks at times, according to the Ansa news agency.
It washed over some streets in Como.
A campsite in the village of Dervio had to be evacuated.
Around Milan, the fire brigade warned of flooding on the Seveso River.
Flood alarm in northern Italy: mudslide slides into a hotel on Lake Garda
The persistent rain and floods pose further dangers.
The soils are currently very wet and can hardly absorb any more water.
Due to its location on the edge of the Alps, northern Italy normally already receives more rain than, for example, many places in Germany.

between July and August
in Como an average of 140 to 150 liters per square meter is normal.
But at the end of July on Lake Como, more than 50 liters of rain per square meter fell on a single day.
New rain on the very wet soil now harbors the risk of flash floods and landslides, as happened in the last few days on Lake Garda and in South Tyrol.
In South Tyrol roads had to be closed due to landslides, including the Brennerstaatsstraße.
On Lake Garda, masses of mud pushed into the dining rooms of a hotel in Limone sul Garda.
However, the guests could stay in their rooms, said a hotel employee of the dpa.
The bedrooms are not affected.
However, the Ansa news agency reported that 100 guests had to be brought to safety during the night.
So there were no injuries.
Flood alarm in northern Italy: the situation will worsen over the weekend
On Friday (August 6th) the situation slowly eased in many places.
But the danger has not yet been averted.
Thunderstorms are expected again in the Alpine regions for the weekend.
Meanwhile, southern Italy is struggling with heat and fires.
In the last twelve hours, the helpers had deployed 395 missions in Sicily and Calabria, among other places, the fire brigade said on Friday morning.
