Flora Nicol, 43, is the 18th recorded victim of Patrick Trémeau, the last.
It was she who allowed the police to identify in 2005 the one who was baptized in the press "the rapist of the parking lots".
The arrest of this repeat offender had provoked public indignation and led to the creation of a bill on recidivism.
Sentenced to 20 years in 2009, in particular for three new rapes including that of Flora, Patrick Trémeau was released on parole in June 2021. A decision which had sparked a strong controversy.
