On the edge of the ring road at the Boutroux stadium, in the 13th arrondissement of Paris, it is still dead calm.
No construction machinery on the horizon… The work planned in the small enclosure which hosts Paris 13 Atletico, promoted to National, has not yet started.
Time is running out, however.
An agreement had been reached with the town hall of Paris for the club to play its first matches at the Charléty stadium, during Boutroux's approval work.
