A cow with a ball-shaped body, crampons on the legs and a ball under the hoof: this coat of arms is that of FC Pange, a D3 club located

Far from the big stables, FC Pange (Moselle), a club in the District third division, the equivalent of the eleventh national level, has crushed the competition.

He notably defeated Inter Milan, FC Nantes, the Girondins de Bordeaux.

This victory was part of a tournament launched on the Internet, by the humorous Twitter account of the French Federation of Lose (195,000 subscribers).

It was a question of electing ... the worst coat of arms.

With its logo representing a cow with the body of a soccer ball, crampons on the legs and a ball under the hoof, FC Pange won the trophy hands down.

Thank you to everyone who supported FC Pange with their messages or orders!

The lighting pylon approaches.

Faced with so much sportsmanship on your part, we are torn between pride and flouting of FFL values.

This drawing, which represents this club from a village of 400 inhabitants, dates from 2003, simply to remind the presence of cattle near the stadium.

“When the adversaries arrived in our enclosure, they were obliged to pass in front of a cow pen and did not fail to remind us of it.

We could not enter the club without passing ten meters from the cows, ”explains its creator, Xavier Meunier.

Logo t-shirts

The club chambered for its logo, far from being susceptible to this offset award, is taking advantage of its sudden notoriety.

T-shirts with his effigy were made and are sold 24.90 euros each by the French Federation of Lose.

Orders have even been placed from Quebec.

Half of the profits from sales will go to the structure, which will allow it to buy new jerseys for its licensees and a lighting pylon for its stadium.

A more than welcome inflow of money in this special year for amateur football.
