The Ministry of Health updated this morning (Thursday) that the declining trend in the number of verified Corona continues.

We also updated that for the first time in three months of the fourth wave, there are no dead.

To date, 7,959 people in Israel have died as a result of the virus.

According to data released this morning, the number of people infected with the virus now stands at 1,732, and the number of critically ill patients stands at 403, of whom 168 are respirators.

Meanwhile, Assuta Ashdod Hospital announced this morning that following the decrease in morbidity, the corona ward at the medical center was closed.

It now treats only eight patients, of whom five are in intensive care and three more have been placed in dedicated rooms in the internal medicine wards.
