This "

event concert

", led by Henri Chalet, the director of the master's degree, will bring together "

20 singers from the adult choir (...), accompanied by Yves Castagnet on the positive organ (instrument rented for the occasion), as well as by two soloists: Julie Fuchs (soprano) and Gautier Capuçon (cello)

”, he continues.

It will take place in "

strict compliance with current health standards

" and will be broadcast on France2 and on KTO.

This is the third event organized in Notre-Dame since the fire of April 15, 2019, which partially devastated the building.

On April 10, the Archbishop conducted a "

time of meditation

", on the occasion of Good Friday, in an empty cathedral, without faithful.

Several Bach sonatas had been played by violinist Renaud Capuçon and actors Philippe Torreton and Judith Chemla had read texts by Paul Claudel, Francis Jammes and Mother Teresa.

On June 15, 2019, Michel Aupetit had also celebrated a mass in front of about thirty people, half of priests, gathered in the chapel of the Virgin.
