In a dialogue with CNN Redacción Buenos Aires, Rafael Ramírez, former Minister of Petroleum and Energy of Venezuela and former president of PDVSA, rejected the accusations against him for alleged willful embezzlement of his own, evasion of the bidding process and association.

Although he admitted that there was always corruption with oil in Venezuela, he affirms that there is no proof that he - personally - has committed irregularities.
