Bill Clinton, the former US President, is currently being treated in a California hospital.
This was confirmed by both the University of California Irvine Medical Center and a spokesman for Clinton.
He was being treated for an infection that had nothing to do with Corona, the spokesman said.
Clinton says he is on the mend and "in good spirits."
There is no official information about the exact reason for hospitalization.
CNN reports the former president is being treated in intensive care;
The main reason for this is to secure his privacy.
