Sergio Pérez won the Singapore Grand Prix.

The Mexican from the Red Bull racing team won ahead of the two Ferrari drivers Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz.

World champion Max Verstappen (Red Bull), who theoretically had the chance to defend his title early in the race, was only seventh, record champion Lewis Hamilton (Mercedes) finished ninth.
