Today, the entrepreneur, also active in distribution, is delighted to open the capital of this division to the French shipowner CMA CGM, which takes 30%, in particular via a capital increase of 50 million euros.

This makes it possible to consider the period of turbulence experienced by air transport more calmly, by preparing for the rebound
", underlines Jean-Paul Dubreuil.
For its part, CMA CGM sees in this operation the possibility of expanding into aeronautical freight with the holds of Air Caraïbes and French Bee aircraft.
