A French soldier was killed today during an armed attack in Mali.
AFP quoted the French presidency as saying in a statement that a corporal in the French forces was killed during "a battle against an armed terrorist group."
It is noteworthy that many French soldiers have been killed in Mali since the military intervention of Paris in this country in 2013 under the pretext of combating terrorist groups, but observers confirm that the aim of the operation is to plunder the wealth of this country.
