Fugitive Offenders | Yue Juvenile admitted to the streets of North Point with a telescopic stick attacking the police

The teenager, wearing a grey shirt with the word "Yue" printed on his back, was suspected of supporting other demonstrators in September last year by assaulting police officers. The case was heard again in the Eastern Magistrates' Court today (4th). The defendant pleaded guilty to assaulting the police but denied the possession of offensive weapons and refusal to arrest in public places. Regarding the charges denied by the defendant, the prosecution stated that there were 3 witnesses and 4 video recordings. Chief Magistrate Qian Li scheduled the trial on June 11, which is expected to take 2 days, and the sentence of the assault police was also postponed to be processed after the trial. The defendant continued to bail on the original conditions.
