The leaders of the G7 countries affirmed their determination to end the Covid-19 pandemic through the distribution of vaccines and pledged to distribute more than one billion doses of the vaccine by the end of 2022.

Environmental activists see these decisions as weak and demand actions, not words, which they stressed during demonstrations against the summit in Cornwall.
Greenpeace denounced old promises relaunched while Extinction Rebellion called the summit a failure.
