On the sidelines of the upcoming G7 summit in Elmau, there was a protest in Garmisch-Partenkirchen around 10 p.m.

The heads of the G7 heads of state and government were projected onto the large Olympic ski jump.

While the participants of the G7 summit are arriving at Schloss Elmau, the critics’ camp in Garmisch-Partenkirchen is also filling up.

"We are here from different movements, but we are united in the conviction that it cannot be the case that decisions that affect the whole world are made by seven people who basically represent individual national interests," explained one of the camp spokespersons 27-year-old Christopher from Berlin.

According to the organizers, around 200 camp participants arrived on Saturday evening;

The message came on Saturday afternoon: Joe Biden is on his way to Munich.

The US President is expected to arrive at Munich Airport in the late evening, around 10.45 p.m., with the famous Air Force One.
