FC Bayern Munich won the first game after Hansi Flick announced that he would like to end his contract at the end of the season.
Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting (8th minute of the game) and Joshua Kimmich (13th) scored for the record champions.
Due to the 2-0 (2-0) against Bayer Leverkusen and the 1: 2 (0-0) from the closest rival RB Leipzig in Cologne, the Bayern coach is under his direction before the second championship.
With four remaining Bundesliga games, the cushion in second place is now ten points.
Leverkusen are initially sixth after their first defeat in the fourth game under head coach Hannes Wolf.
The hosts demonstrated their strength from the start.
After less than a quarter of an hour, Wolf's plan, who wanted to play courageously forward with his team, failed.
Although the guests had the first half-chances, they were then 0-2 back early.
Bayern then took some speed out of the game without relinquishing control.
Choupo-Moting put his team in the lead after Leverkusen's goalkeeper Lukas Hradecky had parried well against Thomas Müller (8th).
Kimmich used an involuntary submission by Daley Sinkgraven with a remarkable flick into the upper left corner (13th).
After the break, Leverkusen brought two new offensive forces with Karim Bellarabi and Florian Wirtz, but the Bayern defensive did not initially shake. In his second goal of the evening, Choupo-Moting was just offside (66th). As a result, Leverkusen had its strongest phase. First Bellarabi hit the bar (69th), then Manuel Neuer defused a dangerous shot from Nadiem Amiri (72nd).
The Eintracht Frankfurt team, on the other hand, did not show the same performance in the second game after Adi Hutter's move to Gladbach became known that it had used for long stretches of the season. But in the 2-0 (1-0) against FC Augsburg, Eintracht had multiple luck. At first Martin Hinteregger did not fly off the field, then he took the lead with a robust but fair commitment (37th). Augsburg had a chance, but could not use a penalty (73.)
Augsburg withdrew at the beginning and left the ball and initiative to the hosts.
However, Eintracht had few ideas against the deep and tight defense of the guests, so that the few counterattacks Augsburg made for a greater risk of goals.
Kevin Trapp saved the 0-0 with a strong foot defense against Florian Niederlechner (24th).
In the 31st minute, Hinteregger was lucky that he only saw a yellow card against Marco Richter for his rough foul - with no chance of the ball.
Shortly thereafter, Hinteregger headed Frankfurt into the lead.
Reece Oxford and Felix Udokhai couldn't stop the central defender from doing it even when they were two.
After the break, the same picture as before: Frankfurt had a lot of possession, but few ideas.
Because of the score, it wasn't that bad for Eintracht.
One of the few nice attacks then made the preliminary decision.
After a cross from Filip Kostić, Silva completed with a head, who drew level with FC Augsburg with his twelfth goal in the back of the season (58th).
Augsburg, in the person of Alfred Finnbogason, gave away the great chance of connecting.
His penalty went clearly over the gate.
