Since the 2021 end-of-year celebrations, many drivers working for service providers responsible for delivering the American company's packages to the Paris region have denounced "a deterioration in their working conditions" due to an increase in the number of package to be delivered.
They also mention difficulties in taking breaks and worry about applications that geolocate them, rate their performance or control their driving.
