Erding - The Erding Gladiators have to deal with two cellar children this weekend.
Today at 8 p.m. VfE Ulm / Neu-Ulm will be visiting the Stadtwerke Erding Arena, on Sunday the Vogl team will travel to EC Pfaffenhofen.
This game will kick off at 5.30 p.m.
When looking at the table, six points should actually be mandatory for the gladiators, because both opponents are at the bottom of the table with zero points.
The Ulm Devils have a goal difference of 4:22 after three games, the Eishogs from Pfaffenhofen have 6:20 goals after four games.
"It would be fatal if we underestimated these two opponents," said Erding's coach Thomas Vogl.
"An injured animal is always dangerous."

"At the weekend we have six U20 players in the squad with Mayer, Modlmayr, Kuka, Lehner, Baumann and our newcomer, all of whom will be used," announced Vogl. The fans will be particularly excited about the newcomer: Wassilij Guft-Sokolov, who has moved from EC Pfaffenhofen. "He lives in Munich and is doing his A-levels in the spring, so driving was too far for him," says Vogl. "After Erding he can get on the S-Bahn and learn there - just like Marco Deubler used to do."
19-year-old Wassilij Guft-Sokolv was born in Munich, his two brothers in the Ukraine.
Artjom (26) played ice hockey as a teenager in Augsburg and Germering, but has since stopped.
Michail (23), who was active at the Red Bull Academy in Salzburg, Regenburg and Waldkraiburg, is currently playing for the high division club Höchstadt.
“The Soko is young, dynamic, physically incredibly robust for his age and has good hands,” says coach Vogl.
"I am sure that he will help us." The game on Sunday at his ex-Club Pfaffenhofen will certainly be a very special one for him.

For the home game against Ulm, the state government's newly created
3G Plus rule
applies.
This allows the stadium to fully utilize its capacity without the spectators having to wear a mask.
Alcoholic beverages can also still be served.
