The World Health Organization announced that it had detected an increase in the number of new deaths due to the Corona virus around the world during the last week.

The organization said in a statement that the number of new infections with the Coronavirus rose for the sixth week in a row during the last week, as more than 4 million new infections were recorded, and the number of new deaths increased by 11 percent compared to last week, to record 71,000 new deaths.

According to the data of the International Organization, the largest increase in the number of injuries was recorded in Brazil and India, amounting to more than 513 thousand new injuries in each of them, the United States, 444 thousand injuries, Turkey 265 thousand injuries, and France more than 244 thousand.

The death toll in the world reached 130 million 459 thousand and 184 cases, while the death toll reached 2 million 842 thousand and 325 cases since the beginning of the outbreak of the pandemic until April 4.
