Gold prices rose today in the local market by 8 thousand pounds per gram of 21, compared to its price yesterday, which had recorded 258 thousand pounds.
According to the bulletin issued by the Craftsmanship Association for Drafting and Jewelry Making in Damascus today, a gram of 21-carat gold recorded a selling price of 266,000 Syrian pounds, and a purchase price of 265,500 pounds, while the price of an 18-carat gram was sold at 228,000 pounds and bought at 227,500 pounds.
The association emphasized that craftsmen adhere to the pricing issued by it, calling on citizens wishing to buy gold not to pay for it except according to the bulletin issued by the association, and distributed phone numbers for complaints 2248005 and 0991937718.
