A long series of legal duels has opened between its two historical partners.
On Friday, RX France lost a crucial first round against the Réunion des Musées Nationaux-Grand Palais (RMN-GP), at the Paris administrative court.
The organizer of Fiac and Paris Photo had filed a summary summons a few days earlier, in which he demanded the continuation of his contractual relations with the RMN.
The company, a subsidiary of the Dutch group RX Global, requested the suspension of the call for proposals launched on December 8.
