There is great anticipation at the Gautinger Förderverein Schlosspark-Remise.
Because on Saturday, May 21, the Finnish jazz singer Tuija Komi and her quartet will open the 14th small summer festival, according to artistic director Florian Prey.
Gauting
– In the bright spring sun, board members and artists presented the freshly printed program for the 14th small summer festival in the idyllic palace gardens.

The former mayor of Gauting is the newly elected new chairwoman of the Gautinger Förderverein Schlosspark-Remise, treasurer Helmut Pütz is delighted.

At the entrance gate of the Schlosspark coach house, members of the Friends of the Society, jazz singer Tuija Komi and Gautingen's professional storyteller Carola Bambas advertised the small but fine summer festival.
Jazz singer Tuija Komi, celebrated as the “Finnish nightingale”, and her quartet will open the concert series on Saturday, May 21 at 7:30 p.m. with “Wonderful Polarity”.
The Gautingen actress and storyteller Carola Bambas can be seen twice, namely at the story morning "Of scent woven, breathed by air" with Ines Honsel and Bärbel Jogschies - and also at the nationwide benefit event for the forest at the St. John's Festival at the summer solstice.
The proceeds from the joint "forest bathing" with all senses and a little meditation on June 21st should benefit tree plantings of the German Forest Protection Association,
The well-known actor Gerd Anthoff is to enter the draw stage at the musical matinée reading “Village Bandits” by Oskar Maria Graf.
Former "groupies" around Joseph Beuys from the Kunsthochschule Düsseldorf, namely Renate Gier, Rendel Simonti and Sigrid Wever, will present their works at the annual art exhibition "Living in Pictures" from June 6, 11 a.m.
The opera film "Figaro hier, Figaro dort" is dedicated to his father, baritone Herrmann Prey, reports Prey.
This will be shown on June 25, 9 p.m.
Young talents from the Munich Pianist Club will play "Music that Clara Schumann played" on Saturday, May 28, at 7:30 p.m.
And the renowned "Odeon" youth symphony orchestra in Munich will be giving a concert in the Remise on July 9th.
The children's symphony orchestra (Thursday, May 26, 5 p.m.) founded by Prof. Julia Fischer and conductor Johannes X. Schachtner will play at the small summer festival for the first time, says Prey.
The Desideria Care association, in cooperation with the association, invites you to “music in your head” with songs from the 1930s, 40s and 50s.
Because music "opens the door to memories" - also from people with dementia, according to the announcement for the concert on Sunday, May 29, 3 p.m.
The festival ends on Sunday, July 10th with the "Women4Baroque" ensemble.
