According to the Métropole, which expressed itself in a deliberation, the conditions are not met for the ban initially planned for July 1, 2022 to be implemented.
Last February, it had already announced that the calendar would not be kept, indicating that the ban would apply from the beginning of the year 2023, minimum.
Barriers to Implementation
The Metropolis had then indicated that the postponement was linked to the expectation of returns from the State on two points.
