To avoid the risk of compromising port operations in the case of a high number of employees without a green pass, companies in the sector are recommended "to make free molecular or rapid antigenic tests available to personnel without green pass".

This is what is indicated in a circular sent to all the prefects by the head of the Cabinet of the Ministry of the Interior Bruno Frattasi.

In a subsequent circular it is then specified that the economic operators "will be able to evaluate, in full autonomy, every possible organizational modality for the purpose of acquiring the green pass by the employees without".

The first circular follows an interministerial coordination meeting convened by the Prime Minister, during which, we read, "the need was shared to proceed, with the involvement of the prefectural network, to an immediate monitoring of the employees without" of green certification. This is in order to assess the incidence "of any defections due to the lack of green passes which could cause a serious compromise in the operations of the airports".

The document sent yesterday to the prefects was followed today by a further circular, also signed by Frattasi, to clear the field of possible interpretations on the expression "free tampons".

In fact, these would not be charged to the state, but the companies in the port sector are urged to independently evaluate which solution to adopt to equip their employees with the green pass in order to avoid "critical consequences" for the sector and its related industries.
