(ANSA) - ROME, NOV 29 - "In this still very delicate phase for public health, the police forces and local police will continue to give their all and act responsibly but also with the necessary firmness, carrying out more stringent checks on green certification with a particular attention to the areas and time slots with the greatest influx of people ". Thus the Minister of the Interior, Luciana Lamorgese, at the end of the meeting with the prefects to define the control plan on the reinforced green pass.


    "I asked the prefects - explained the minister - to involve all interested parties,recommending them to intensify the dialogue with the representatives of the trade associations of the exhibitors also in order to develop a capillary work to raise the awareness of their own members ".


    Furthermore, Lamorgese continued, "the prefects were asked to develop dedicated devices for the checks on the users of local public transport in a manner shared with the service companies in the context of the provincial committees for public order and safety".


    In view of the new obligations that will start next 6 December, the minister has anticipated the calling of a new meeting with the prefect of the regional capitals for a further evaluation of the plans developed, with particular regard to local public transport.
