(ANSA) - CATANIA, 05 DEC - A dangerous cartel of 'facilitators' of the international smuggling of migrants connected with criminal groups in Turkey and Greece has been dismantled by the police who have carried out the arrest of 19 suspects issued by the Catania District Prosecutor.
