Harvey Weinstein was transferred to California early Tuesday morning by court order, the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Oversight confirmed to CNN.


Attorney Norman Effman confirmed to CNN that Weinstein is now in the custody of Los Angeles County and his attorneys anticipate that he will be indicted on a charge there on Wednesday.
