Today, the Ministry of Health announced the registration of 50 new cases of the Coronavirus in Syria, and the recovery of 289 cases and the death of 6 of the recorded infections with the virus.
The ministry stated, in a statement, which SANA received a copy of, that the number of injuries registered in Syria has reached 23,645 so far, of which 20197 have been cured and 1,688 cases have died.
The first infection with Corona virus was recorded in Syria on the twenty-second of March of last year for a person coming from outside the country, while the first death was recorded on the twenty-ninth of the same month.
