The losses in the Ukraine war are getting bigger for Russia: the news ticker.
The number of fallen Russian soldiers in the Ukraine war is unexpectedly high.
Russia apparently does not have enough troops to permanently control the areas in Kherson Oblast.

Update from Monday, July 4, 8:45 a.m .:
The Ukrainian military has now lost 36,200 soldiers from the Russian army, 230 have been added compared to the last statistics.
Ten other military armored vehicles were also destroyed, bringing the total to 3,754.
Tanks were destroyed five, the total number is 1589.

The Russian army lost another three artillery systems, for a total of 804. There was another loss in special equipment, while the number of vehicles and fuel tanks rose by eleven to 2,629.
The army also lost four more UAVs, bringing the total loss since Russia invaded Ukraine to 658.

They cannot be independently verified.
The Kremlin itself gives very little information about its own losses.

The numbers of Russian losses in the Ukraine war continue to rise.
According to the Ukrainian General Staff, almost 36,000 Russian soldiers have been killed since the invasion began on February 24.

Russia’s losses in the Ukraine war are apparently facing ever greater problems.
According to British estimates, the country is increasingly using inaccurate missiles in its attacks in Ukraine.
The reason is probably that the stocks of modern, accurate weapons are dwindling, said the Ministry of Defense in London.
Analyzes have shown that the shopping center in the eastern Ukrainian city of Kremenchuk was very likely hit by a Ch-32 rocket, it said, citing intelligence.
This is a further development of the Soviet rocket Ch-22 (NATO code: AS-4 Kitchen), which is still not optimized for hitting ground targets accurately, especially in cities.
"This greatly increases the likelihood of collateral damage when targeting built-up areas," the ministry said.
Ch-22 missiles are believed to have been used in attacks on the southwestern Ukrainian region of Odessa on June 30.
