- Andi Prielmaier will have a home game when he will be guesting his Bavarian Outdoor Film Festival (BOFF) on the WSVI sports field on Saturday, July 24th. Because the adventurer, extreme athlete, filmmaker and festival director, who now lives in Hausham, comes from Icking. "We can all hardly wait to present exciting mountain films to our guests again after more than a year," says Prielmaier, referring to the mandatory Corona break. “And I'm happy to be able to show the BOFF in my home country for the first time. It will be a special evening for me and our guests. "

The open-air cinema starts at 8.30 p.m. (admission from 8 p.m.) with a small concert by Matze Brustmann. The musician and extreme kayaker from Münsing is represented in the current program with the film "Icy Dance with the Fall of the Gods". After dark around 9:15 pm, life comes to the screen: “Six films, six mountains, people and their stories” promises Prielmaier. The film “Heinz Zak - a life for freedom” is running exclusively, in which Alexander Huber from the Huberbuam, a companion and friend of Zaks, has a say. Sabine Armsen, maker of the film “Patagonia wild”, will also be there live. She and her husband Rallo have been living in Icking for a year. You can see his joint journey with his buddy Ingolf Schmitt on the Trans-Siberian Railway over almost 8,000 kilometers to ski freeriding in Siberia.
