After more than ten years at the helm of the subsidiary of the hotel chain, Olivier Cohn gives a new course to Best Western France, by changing its governance with the establishment of an executive committee.
A graduate of Essca, he knows the group well, which he joined in 2000, a few months after graduating from business school.
Responsible for information technology, he evolved as director of projects and e-commerce, before becoming general manager in 2011.
Since then, he has led several projects, from the quality of places and service to notoriety.
“To increase turnover, we had to provide a better product, with more efficient teams, especially for reception.
This represents continuous work, because customer expectations are constantly changing,”
explains Olivier Cohn.
