Olivier Cohn, the general manager of the French subsidiary of the hotel chain, is changing its governance.

After more than ten years at the helm of the subsidiary of the hotel chain, Olivier Cohn gives a new course to Best Western France, by changing its governance with the establishment of an executive committee.

A graduate of Essca, he knows the group well, which he joined in 2000, a few months after graduating from business school.

Responsible for information technology, he evolved as director of projects and e-commerce, before becoming general manager in 2011.

Since then, he has led several projects, from the quality of places and service to notoriety.

“To increase turnover, we had to provide a better product, with more efficient teams, especially for reception.

This represents continuous work, because customer expectations are constantly changing,”

explains Olivier Cohn.
