DECRYPTION – The new Parisian coach answered questions about his Marseille origins on Tuesday during his first press conference.

At 55 and with an already busy career as a player or coach, Christophe Galtier is not one to dodge questions.

Especially at the time of his presentation with great fanfare at Paris SG on Tuesday in front of an auditorium at the Parc des Princes filled to the brim.

Born in Marseille, trained at OM between 1982 and 1985, a regular at the Vélodrome (1985-1987 then 1995-1997), "Galette" knew he was expected on the subject of his Marseille origins, he who is ultimately much more connoted OM than a certain Zinédine Zidane, announced on the Parisian bench in recent weeks.

As much to say it immediately, the new boss of PSG did not fall into the trap and had planned his speech for the supporters of the Porte d'Auteuil.
