It has been two weeks since Ile-de-France residents have switched to the regime of reinforced restrictions.

But if the closure of schools is the main novelty announced this week by Emmanuel Macron, the French will also have to integrate new restrictions.

Starting with the ban on the sale of alcohol to take away, except to accompany dishes, specifies the prefecture.

In recent weeks, many bars and restaurants have offered take-out glasses of alcohol for sale.

The practice will therefore have to cease.

The prefecture thus says it wants to limit "the groupings of people who promote the spread of the virus".

She also adds that "the police will be particularly firm and attentive to gatherings of people and clandestine parties organized in private homes or establishments open to the public".

As for travel, the press release recalls that a tolerance is granted all weekend (Monday included) to the French in order to allow them to change region in forecasts of the next weeks of confinement.
