(ANSA) - NEW YORK, MAY 19 - The Italian economy is facing headwinds from the war and from rising inflation.
Despite the signs of resilience, growth is expected to slow down and presents downside risks.
This was stated in the IMF in the final communiqué of the mission to Italy of its officials for Article IV 2022. "Like its European partners, Italy is facing formidable new economic challenges", observes the IMF.
