Summary: Algeria beats Morocco in the Arab Cup, an amazing goal by Youssef Balaili (Sport1)
Nine months after his arrival in Brest as Algeria's biggest star, Youssef Belaili may soon leave the French league and leaves many stories behind.
On the pitch, the winger contributed three goals and four assists in 19 games, but about two and a half weeks ago, after not participating in the loss to Paris Saint-Germain, he refused to return on the flight with Brest and stayed to spend time in the City of Lights.
It was reported in France that the house they rented for him in the suburbs of Brest required significant renovation due to the dismal condition in which Blaily left it.
The newspaper "Le Telegram" contacted the owners of the complex who discovered that they would have to carry out work costing 50,000 euros, including renovating the kitchen, replacing damaged tiles and dislodged doors.
He also stated that the bathroom was full of cigarette butts and the house was "a real disaster".
Scorched Earth.

A much more bizarre story concerns the medical tests about two and a half months ago, when Brest was about to leave for the training camp in Dinar.
According to the Burst on Air podcast, Blaily sent his cousin to impersonate him and be tested in his place.
Recently, Belaili's father said that his son is suffering in France and wants to leave, among other things because he is unable to bring his family from Algeria due to visa problems, but given the paucity of options at the moment (only the window in the United Arab Emirates is open until tomorrow) he will probably stay until January anyway.
