The real estate company has just completed the last phase of the renovation work on the Lyon Part-Dieu site.

In the TikTok booth of the ready-to-wear brand Don't Call Me Jennyfer, teenage girls strike a pose and dance in front of their smartphones. Tripod, suitable light and music: the setting is ideal for shooting videos, which they will post on the social network, wearing the brand's outfits. Don't Call Me Jennyfer took advantage of the expansion of the Lyon Part-Dieu shopping center to expand its store, and deploy its latest innovations. Opposite, Footlocker has also opened a state-of-the-art point of sale, with the largest reserve in France, capable of stocking 40,000 pairs of shoes. A volume equal to the 33 million visitors drained each year by the Unibail shopping center in Lyon Part-Dieu. The property is even targeting 40 million, thanks to the extension it has just completed, after four years of work.
