Vigilance and prudence remain more essential than ever in Mayenne. The positive rate of Covid-19 has started to rise again. "Vulnerability remains high in Mayenne ," said the director of the Pays de la Loire Regional Health Agency, Jean-Jacques Coiplet this Friday morning. The department now has eleven clusters and no longer three as at the beginning of July, including 7 in Laval, which includes with its agglomeration more than a third of the 300,000 inhabitants of this agricultural breeding department. There is also one in Château-Gontier sub-prefecture in the south of the department and in Azé, a town close to the latter. "These clusters are identified around meat processing companies as well as structures which house precarious populations" , specifies the director of the ARS.
