Converting Parisian stations into shopping centers, the SNCF has been pursuing this approach for about ten years: Saint-Lazare opened 80 stores in 2012. The renovation of the fresco gallery at the Gare de Lyon, completed in July, made it possible to '' set up seven shops there (Ladurée, Nespresso, etc.).

And around a hundred new stores are expected at Austerlitz station in 2025.
