In the heat of 35 degrees in the shade, the Israeli swimming team held the final training session this morning (Wednesday) before the opening of the European Championships in Rome, Italy.
The team arrived at the pool and positioned themselves in their own corner, and after doing the warm-up they jumped into the water, each before their own way, when the applause was received by Adam Marana, who did it with a spectacular somersault, which could have easily received a 10 in gymnastics.
The one who joined the team yesterday is the American super coach Dave Marsh who has accompanied the swimmers in blue and white in recent years, when he took the young swimmers to side talks and worked on all kinds of highlights, together with the reigning European champion in the 200 meter medley, Anastasia Gorbenko.

In general, it seems that the atmosphere in the team is good, with quite a few smiles, when everyone also hopes for good results, which will continue the streak of successes in recent years.
In terms of the organization, the Italians are like Italians, everything was done at the last minute, when workers are still working to set up lighting in the special canopy that was erected in the historic pool that also hosted the World Championship in 2009, where quite a few world records were kept.
