Inflation and the dissatisfaction it arouses in businesses do not spare the Mulliez family brands.

At Decathlon, some of the employees went on strike on October 16 and November 12.

According to the CFDT, the minority union behind this call, between 600 and 700 employees followed the movement on October 16 and a thousand a month later.
They were 304 according to management.
The majority CFTC did not relay this call.
But the union is also demanding an increase for all staff, in order to respond to the rise in prices.
An insufficient first increase
However, Decathlon and Leroy Merlin employees are not the most unhappy in the distribution sector.
