A Hungarian worker made a quick stop at the gas station to get an after-work beer – the stop will cost him his driver's license.

Unterföhring – Around 6:15 p.m., a Hungarian worker drove to a gas station in Unterföhring to treat himself to his well-deserved beer after work.

When he had finished shopping, the 46-year-old went back to his BMW and wanted to reverse out of his parking space.

He overlooks a 32-year-old Munich man in his Kia who is about to drive to the pump at the gas station.

Unterföhring: The two men do not agree and call the police

The BMW rams the Kia in the passenger side.

The car subsequently suffered body damage.

Although the collision is a trifle and the body damage is not dramatic, the two men cannot agree and call the police.

If the two had agreed, nobody would have noticed the whole thing, according to the police.

For the Hungarian, this is the worst possible solution.

Because: He had probably already had a beer before his workday.

The police routinely carry out an alcohol test – the man has a blood alcohol content of 0.74.

Because he was involved in an accident, this value is already considered a criminal offense.

Without conspicuity, driving above 1.1 per mille is considered a criminal offense, below that it is an administrative offence.

The value also drops in the event of administrative offenses, in the event of danger or an accident.

So if someone with a blood alcohol content of 0.3 causes an accident, they commit an administrative offence, even though the blood alcohol limit is 0.5 above that.
