The Europa League group match between the Luxembourg club Dudelange and the Azerbaijani champion Qarabag was interrupted in the first half for more than 20 minutes. Qarabag supporters stormed the field in Luxembourg after a drone with an Armenian flag flew a few meters above the place.

As seen on television pictures, Qarabag players tried to shoot the drone with the ball. After the rush, the referee temporarily sent the players into the cabin.

Since 1993, Qarabag can no longer play in his hometown as a result of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict between Azerbaijan and Armenia. The club moved to Baku, where it also denies its home games. Relations between the two countries remain tense and characterized by hostility.
