An investigation was opened after an antivax campaign against the hospital and the vaccination center of Valenciennes, targets of malicious messages and whose standards have been saturated, the Guéret prosecutor's office told AFP on Wednesday (January 12).
Contacted by AFP, the hospital confirmed the filing of a complaint, but refused to speak further.
A liberal nurse, Rémi Kasprzyk, one of the coordinators of the vaccination center, linked to the hospital, also lodged a complaint for threats and defamation.

These complaints follow the broadcast in mid-December of videos - still online - of a former figure of the "
yellow vests
", whose home depends on the judicial district of Guéret (Creuse).

".

It's an absolute shame,
" says the activist, who has more than 300,000 subscribers on Facebook.

If we let this kind of thing happen, the children are sacrificed.

"on a Facebook post from the hospital: more than 4,700 comments, sometimes hateful, were posted Wednesday.

The activist also asks to "
call the communication service of the hospital
" and even to "
move
there ". “

," he says again. Dr Jacques Franzoni, coordinator of the vaccination center, told AFP that the switchboard had received "
several hundred calls
" in the week following these videos. "
The secretariat was being harassed
", in particular by "
six or seven numbers
", always the same, he added. "
You could no longer reach the vaccination center,
”Rémi Kasprzyk told AFP.
The nurse is mentioned by name, and his photo displayed, in one of the videos, described as a "
bastard
" with "
a perverted face
".
The activist accuses him in particular of being president of a support committee for Emmanuel Macron.

We cannot handle children with lollipops, candy like a pedophile
", also declares the activist.
Contacted by AFP, his lawyer, Me Carlo Alberto Brusa, did not wish to "
comment
".
Rémi Kasprzyk's lawyer, Me Loïc Ruol, denounced him "
serious, outrageous remarks, which go beyond what can be said in a democracy
".
