The Iranian judiciary has charged 37 American figures and entities, including former Presidents Barack Obama and Donald Trump and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, in the case of the assassination of nuclear scientists between 2010 and 2012.
The US authorities were informed of the indictment through the Iranian Interests Section in Washington. Court judge Salman Pour Maridi said: “No courts have been formed in the world to convict the crimes of the United States, while the United States and a number of its courts have issued judgments against Iran and Iranian citizens and frozen Iranian assets.”
Pour Maridi added: "We are trying to condemn the American authorities and consider (Israel) an arm of the United States in the region, and since we do not officially recognize this usurping entity, we did not mention it in the indictment."
Four Iranian scientists working in the nuclear field were subjected to assassinations between 2010 and 2012 by planting explosive devices and shooting by agents of the Israeli occupation entity and the United States.
